First prize was awarded “Litblog” supporting the public discussion of contemporary literature in the Internet. The competition was attended by over 60 bloggers from different parts of the Russian Federation. The expert Council selected 15 finalists, among which was won by Eugenia Lisitsyna, a leading literary telegram-channel greenlampbooks.
